Gift Card FAQs

Gift Vouchers with 17 digit numbers can be redeemed online and in-store.

To redeem your gift voucher online, just take the following steps:

1. On your gift card, there will be a 17 digit number and 3 digit security code
2. Go to the VIEW BASKET page, click "Click here if you have a promotion or voucher code to use" and enter these 2 numbers into the box as one 20 digit number (i.e. enter the first 17 digits followed by the 3 digit security code as one number) and click APPLY

Where can I buy CH (Physical) Gift Cards?

Gift cards are available to buy at CH The Mall Tralee. Your physical Gift Card is a plastic card and will be sent via post. Please note, depending on the value of your order there may be a charge for delivery. Delivery of any Physical Gift Cards is separate to any other item in your basket and will take 2-4 working days.

Is there a CH eGift Cards available?

We regret that eGift Cards for chtralee.com are not yet available – but we’re working on it!

How can I spend my CH Tralee Gift Card?

• (1)at any till point at CH
• (2) new gift cards marked (Instore and Online) online at chtralee.com

How do I use my Gift Card to buy online?

1. When you arrive at “Your Basket” page, click on the link “Click here if you have a promotion or a voucher code to use”
2. Scratch off the foil covering the 3 digit PIN to reveal 3 numbers.
3. Enter the full card number (17 digits) plus 3 digit PIN and press Return

My Gift Card is 10 Digits long and does not have a PIN. Can I use this online?

Unfortunately, our old 10 digit gift cards cannot be used online. Please call to our store and we can swap your gift card over to our new online enabled card. For further details, please contact 066-7121331.

Can I use more than one Gift Card to pay for one order?

Yes. After you have entered one gift card full number (and pressed return), you can continue entering another gift card number(s) until the balance on your purchase has been paid for.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can’t use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Where can I check the balance on my Gift Card?

Call into us at 31 The Mall Tralee where we can check at any till point.

When does my chtralee.com Gift Card expire?

Your Gift card has no expiry date

Can I top up a chtralee Gift Card?

All physical gift cards can be topped-up in-store at any till point

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (as printed on new CH gift cards : Instore and Online)

1. This card is issued by CH Tralee and redeemable for goods/services only at ch. Tralee & www.chtralee.com
2. This is not a credit or debit card. This card cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used in full or part payment in-store or online. This card has no expiry date.
3. Maximum load value (in-store) is €150 (in any one transaction). Max Card balance is €500. Max redemption value instore or online is €150 (in any one transaction).
4. When you are paying for your purchase, present your gift card instore or follow instructions online (chtralee.com/giftcards)
5. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the value on the card.
6. No change will be given; balance will remain on card for future purchases.
7. We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions.
8. Gift cards will not be replaced or honoured if damaged, lost, stolen or the subject of fraudulent presentation.
