How to Use This Product

Morning and/or evening spray the oil on the areas to be treated, and massage with circular movements until it is absorbed.
Massaging helps activate fat reduction.
For an optimal efficiency of your "Slimming" programme, before applying Huile Silhouette, take the time, once or twice a week, to exfoliate your skin with Gommage Doux Silhouette to be followed the same day, or once a week, by a warm bath with Phyto-Bain.
