How to Use This Product

• To apply Clarins Joli Rouge Mat, it is best applied when glided over the lips with the soft texture of the lipstick.
• To add definaion to the lips, trace the lips with a Clarins Lip Liner and then apply Joli Rouge Mat Lip Stick.
