How to Use This Product

Recommended intake:

Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 6 months or until the desired results have been achieved (1 in the morning and 1 evening, taken with water after food).
Thereafter, take 1-2 tablets daily as required.

Contains fish and shellfish, not recommended for those allergic to fish, shellfish or seafood.
Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
This product contains iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach.
