Product Information: This oil-free, water- rinseable cleanser leaves no residue. Oil-free. Makeup is removed quickly without rubbing, leaving skin ready for touchupa or application. Ophthalmologist tested, won't irritate your eyes.
How to Use This Product: Apply product on cotton to moisten, sweep over eye area and then rinse off with water.
Active Ingredients: Water, Aqu, Eau, Peg-32, Butylene Glycol, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Peg-6, Trisodium Edta, Phenoxyethanol.
