Key Ingredients

FOLIC ACID
Contains the required amount of Folic Acid recommended for pregnant women to support the baby's nervous system growth, so you shouldn't need to take a pregnancy supplement on top of this vitamin.

B VITAMIN COMPLEX
Contains B1, B2, B6, B7 (Biotin) and B12 as a deficiency in these can lead to hair loss. B vitamins also support tiredness and fatigue, which new mums may be feeling especially!

BIOTIN
An essential vitamin required by the body, deficiency in this ‘B vitamin' can lead to thinning hair. Biotin helps to maintain healthy hair.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or under medical supervision it is advisable to consult a GP prior to taking any supplement.
