How to Use This Product

• Apply morning and/or evening:
• Warm the milk between the palms of your hands.
• Apply using upward strokes, using your flat hand on your arm, and alternating flat hands on your stomach, thighs and buttocks.
• Make figure-of-eight movements to work the texture: apply pressure on the upward movement to push the tissues up and come down gently, without pressure, to bring them back in place.
• For soft and smooth skin, apply a body scrub once or twice a week.
