Once you have found the items you would like to purchase simply add these to your Shopping Bag and follow the prompts to proceed to purchase.

Can I purchase Gift Cards Online?

Unfortunately gift cards cannot be currently purchased online at, however if you would like to phone us on 0667121331 we can process a gift card over the phone and post it out for you.

Can I pay using a ch. Gift Card Online?

Unfortunately gift cards cannot be currently used as payment online at, however if you would like to phone us on 0667121331 we can process a gift cardorder  over the phone and post it out for you.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting purchases through Click and Collect?

All orders must be signed for upon collection. Please bring the following documentation with you to any counter at ch. Tralee store: A copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email or show this document on phone or tablet. The payment card that you used to purchase the items, or photographic ID (a driving license, passport or loyalty card).

What do ch. Tralee do with Customer Information?

We at ch. Tralee take our customer privacy very seriously and treat all our customers personal information as confidential; we will only use your details to send you information about the loyalty card news and events happening at ch. Tralee.

What if my Credit/Debit Card is Declined?

We take your personal information and online security very seriously. For protection of both parties cards must be authorised. Occasionally, cards will be declined for a number of reasons please contact your bank for more details.

How will I know ch. Tralee have received my order?

ch. Tralee will send you a confirmation email when we have received your order.

Does ch. Tralee Deliver Overseas?

Unfortunately, at this time, ch. Tralee do not deliver overseas. We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and mainland UK only.

Can I use more than one discount/promotional code in my order?

Unfortunately, you can only use one discount code/promotional code at a time when placing an order at ch. Tralee.

What if I can't find the product online?

If you are unable to find products that you are looking for online but know that they are in store please call us on 0667121331 or email and we will be happy to process a telephone order for you.
