How to Use This Product

Use Perfect Prime Eyeshadow Base on the lid to prep the eye

Place down Intense Adhesive lash glue on the area that you want to apply your Trance pigment

Pat your Trance pigment on top of the glue with a flat brush

Admire your stunning sparkle
