Already Have a Physical Loyalty Card?

Follow these steps to start using your points online today:

If you have a physical card from our Tralee store, you can easily link it to our website to earn and spend points on your online orders.

  1. Create an Account: Go to our Registration Page.
  2. Match Your Email: Use the exact same email address you provided when you originally signed up for your physical card in-store.
  3. Automatic Sync: Once registered, our system will automatically link your physical card to your web profile, and your points balance will appear at the checkout when logged in.

How it Works

1.Sign Up & Get Your Card


  • Online: Register here. You will be instantly assigned a Digital Loyalty Number found in your account dashboard. You don’t need a physical card to start saving!
  • In-Store: Visit us in-store and our team will provide you with a physical loyalty card.

2. Shop & Collect


  • Shopping Online: Simply log into your account before you checkout. Your points will be added automatically to your balance.
  • Shopping In-Store: Present your physical card at the till. If you only have a digital account, simply give our team your email address or mobile number and they can add your points manually.

3. Spend & Save

  • When shopping online, select "Use Loyalty Points" at the checkout to discount your order.
  • In-store, simply tell the team member you’d like to pay with your points.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I link my physical card to my online account?

When you register online, simply enter the Loyalty Card Number found on the back of your card. As long as your email address matches, this merges your in-store and online points into one single "wallet."

What if I don't have a physical card?

No card? No problem. If you only shop online, you don't need a physical card. Your digital number (visible in your Account Dashboard is all you need to track your rewards and save money on your next ch. Tralee haul.

What is the value of my points?

1 point = 1 cent. Because you earn 4 points per €1, you are effectively getting 4% back on every eligible purchase.

Can I earn points on everything?

We regret that points cannot be earned or spent on:

  • Prescription medicines and licensed medicines
  • Infant formula/milk.
  • The purchase of Gift Cards.
  • The plastic bag levy.
  • ch. Optical products or services.
  • The Skin Clinic  / Beauty Services

Do you deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland?

Yes! Rewards members earn points on all orders shipped to the UK and throughout Ireland.

Do my points expire?

Your points remain valid as long as you make at least one purchase (in-store or online) every 12 months.

What happens if I forget to log in before I buy?

Don't worry! If you completed a purchase as a guest using your registered email, contact us at customerservice@chtralee.com with your order number, and we can manually add the points to your balance.

Can I spend my points on delivery charges?

Points can be used to discount the products in your basket, but they cannot be applied toward the shipping or delivery costs.

Can I use my points during a sale?

Yes! You can earn and spend points even on discounted items or during our seasonal sale events, giving you even better value on your favourite brands.

I have two different cards/accounts—can I merge them?

Yes. If you accidentally created two accounts or have two physical cards, email us with both card numbers or email addresses, and our team will merge them into one single balance for you.

Do I get points for reviews?

Keep an eye on your inbox! We occasionally run "Points for Reviews" promotions where you can earn extra rewards by sharing your feedback on your recent purchases.

Is there a minimum number of points I need to have before I can spend them?

There is no minimum threshold. Whether you have 50 points (€0.50) or 5,000 points (€50.00), you can use them as a discount on your very next order.
