Is Acetocaustin painful to use?
When applied correctly directly onto the wart, the application itself does not cause pain.
How often do I need to apply it?
Unlike many other treatments, Acetocaustin is applied only once per week.
Can I use this on any type of wart?
It is suitable for common warts on the hands and feet. It is not for use on plantar warts (on the soles of the feet) or warts located wholly or partially under a nail.
Is it safe for children?
It is suitable for use on children aged 3 years and older, provided it is applied correctly by an adult.
What should I do if the liquid touches healthy skin?
Wash the area immediately with plenty of water. It is essential to protect surrounding skin with a barrier ointment (like Vaseline) before every application to prevent irritation.
