Empty one sachet into a glass or mug of hot water, dissolve completely and drink. For adults, the usual dose is one sachet every 6 hours. Leave at least 6 hours between doses. Do not take more than 3 sachets in 24 hours or use for longer than 3 days without medical advice. Always follow the Patient Information Leaflet.
