Formulated to balance and refresh the skin, Equalizing Toner restores the pH mantle of the skin and removes any lingering residue after cleansing. Optimal for all skin types, this toner helps exfoliate dead skin cells while soothing and softening the skin with botanical extracts. This pH balancing toner combines hydroxy acids to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, with botanical extracts of witch hazel, rosemary, aloe, and chamomile to soften, soothe, and tone skin.

How to Use This Product
