How to Use This Product

• Preparation: Shake gently before use. If using for the first time, "prime" the pump by spraying into the air until a fine mist appears.
• Dosage (Adults 18+): Two sprays into each nostril once a day, preferably in the morning.
• Maintenance: Once symptoms are under control, you may reduce the dose to one spray per nostril daily.
• Technique: Close one nostril and tilt your head forward slightly. Keep the bottle upright and breathe in gently while spraying.
• Note: Do not use more than 4 sprays in total per day.

Children and adolescents under 18 years of age -Do not use in those under 18 years of age.

Active Ingredients

• Active Ingredient: Fluticasone Propionate (50 micrograms per spray).
• Excipients: Glucose (Anhydrous), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Phenylethyl Alcohol, Benzalkonium Chloride, Polysorbate 80, Purified Water.
