Product Information: A hydrating, balancing toner with an innovative dual-layer formula that helps intensely moisturize while balancing sebum for skin that's glowy, not greasy.
Inspired by the Joseon-era practice of beautifying skin with rice water, this toner is infused with nutrient-rich rice extract and rice amino acids for long-lasting hydration. Leaves skin dewy, soft, and fresh.
How do your ensure your skin gets glowy, not greasy? Meet our innovative dual-layer formula. The first layer is our rice-infused moisture layer. The second is a sebum-control powder layer that targets excess sebum and clogged pores so your skin looks smooth and refreshed without greasy shine. Shake it up to mix them together for the perfect balance.
