How to Use This Product

For rectal use only. Adults only.

Prepare: Wash hands thoroughly.Tear one suppository from the strip and peel open the plastic wrapping. Moisten the tip with a little cold water if needed for comfort.(If too soft, chill briefly in the fridge or under cold water)
Insert: Gently push the suppository (tip first) as far as possible into the rectum, angling slightly sideways to ensure contact with the bowel wall
Wait: Retain in place for 15 to 20 minutes. Try to resist the immediate urge to evacuate so the glycerol has time to work. Dosage: Use one suppository when required, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use continuously for prolonged periods without medical advice.
