4-in-1 Joint Support:
- Bones: Vitamin D and Zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Muscles: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
- Cartilage: Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage.
- Connective Tissue: Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue.
Premium Omega-3: Includes high-quality fish oils in triglyceride form to support heart, brain, and eye health.
Key Ingredients: Contains a foundational blend of Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and Omega-3 fish oil.

How to Use This Product

Dosage: Adults (18+ years) should take one capsule per day.

Instructions: Take with a glass of cold water during or immediately after a meal.
