How to Use This Product

• 10ml or 2 x 5ml spoonfuls daily.
• Suitable for children 3 years of age or older.
• For best results take with food.
• Once opened, refrigerate and use within 1 month. Do not exceed the stated intake.
• Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not use after expiry date shown. Shake well before use
