Note Cosmetics Mattifying Extreme Wear Foundation is formulated with a mix of vitamins, mattifying colour, active ingredients and SPF 15 to give you coverage and care in one product. Recommended for those with oil-prone skin, the buildable formula is enhanced with cedar wood oil and spiraea extract to help balance sebum levels and maintain a healthy complexion. Easy to apply and dries quickly. This buildable matte foundation is soon to be your new go to favourite.

Why We Love It:

Available in many shades, this matte foundation is well suited to a wide range of skin tones. It has a soft & beautiful scent. Despite being a mattifying foundation designed for oily skin types, it is best worn with a light setting powder to avoid creasing. It feels slightly heavier on the skin than the other Note foundations, but is still very comfortable for all day budgeproof wear.

How to Use This Product

Apply  a thin layer to face in small, circular motions, starting in center and working out while using a foundation brush. Continue to blend until desired level of coverage is achieved.
