La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Double Dose provides a targeted, dual-action nocturnal response to these localized pigmentation marks.
Born from 18 years of rigorous research and selected from over 4,000 molecules, the multi-patented active ingredient Melasyl™ works by intercepting excess melanin precursors early in their cycle, preventing hyperpigmentation from marking the skin. This lightweight night emulsion pairs Melasyl™ with Proxylane™, an anti-ageing powerhouse that locks in deep hydration to plum the skin matrix, and Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) to soothe the skin barrier and enhance brightness. Regular overnight application reveals a smoother, firmer, and highly refined complexion with a visibly reduced surface area of discolouration.
How to Use This Product: 1.Cleanse thoroughly
Begin by thoroughly washing your face and neck with a gentle cleanser to ensure a clean base, then pat the skin dry.
2.Apply the treatment
Dispense a small amount of the emulsion and apply it evenly across your face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid direct contact with the delicate eye area.
3.Allow to rest
Gently massage the formula with your fingertips until fully absorbed. The lightweight texture sinks in rapidly with no sticky residue. Leave it to work overnight.
4.Always apply daily SPF
Because pigmentation treatments target melanin production, you must finish your morning routine the next day with a broad-spectrum sunscreen (such as Anthelios UVMune 400) to protect your results and prevent future sun damage.

Can I use this product during the daytime?

The formula is optimized for night-time nourishment when surface cell renewal peaks. However, if used during the day, it is absolutely essential to layer a high-protection, broad-spectrum sunscreen over it to prevent UV rays from overriding the anti-pigmentation actives.
