1 x Milton Cold Water Steriliser Unit (5-litre capacity with a secure lid and submerger)

1 x Pack of 28 Milton Sterilising Tablets (Divisible into 4 for smaller water quantities)

How to Use This Product

Important: Before you begin, always wash your hands thoroughly and wipe down your work surfaces to prevent cross-contamination.

Clean the Items: Wash all bottles, teats, breast pump parts, or toys in warm, soapy water using the Milton Baby Bottle Cleaner to thoroughly strip away all milk residue. Rinse the items completely with cold water.
Prepare the Solution: Fill the Milton Cold Water Steriliser unit with 5 litres of clean, cold tap water. Drop in 1 Milton Sterilising Tablet and allow it to fully dissolve.
Immerse Everything: Fully submerge your baby equipment into the liquid, ensuring you shake or turn the items to release any trapped air bubbles. Put the submerger and lid on. Wait 15 minutes.

Your items are now fully sterile and ready to use straight away. There is no need to rinse after taking them out—simply shake off any excess liquid.

Active Ingredient: Troclosene Sodium (CAS: 2893-78-9) 19.5% w/w.
No ingredients derived from animal origin.

Milton Baby Bottle Cleaner

100% natural origin, 100% biodegradable formula:
5–15% Anionic Surfactants
< 5% Non-ionic Surfactants
Other components: Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator.
Fragrance-free, colour-free, and paraben-free.

Do I need to rinse the bottles after taking them out of the Milton solution?

No, you do not need to rinse. Rinsing can actually introduce new bacteria to the sterile items. Simply wash your hands, lift the equipment out of the unit, shake off any excess solution, and prepare your feed immediately.

How long does the mixed solution last?

The Milton cold-water solution remains highly effective for 24 hours. You can continue to add and remove items throughout the day. After 24 hours, the solution must be poured away and a new batch prepared.

Can I use the tablets if I want to mix less than 5 litres of water?

Yes! The Milton Sterilising Tablets are cleverly designed to be divisible by four. If you are using a smaller container or traveling, you can break the tablet to scale down your solution accurately.

Is the Baby Bottle Cleaner safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. The cleaner is formulated from 100% plant-based ingredients, is completely fragrance-free, and has been dermatologically tested to be incredibly kind to sensitive skin and hands.

Can I sterilise metal objects in this unit?

No, do not use the Milton solution on metal items, as the active ingredients can cause discolouration or corrosion over time. It is intended strictly for plastic, silicone, glass, and rubber baby accessories.
