How to Use This Product

Adults (18+ years): Two sprays into each nostril once daily.
Maintenance: Once symptoms are controlled, you can reduce the dose to one spray in each nostril once daily.
Technique: Gently blow your nose before use. Shake the bottle, insert the tip into the nostril (pointing slightly away from the centre of the nose), and spray while breathing in gently.
Important: It may take 2 to 3 days to reach full effectiveness. Use regularly for best results.

Active Ingredients

Active Ingredient: Triamcinolone Acetonide (55 micrograms per spray).
Excipients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Carmellose Sodium, Polysorbate 80, Purified Water, Anhydrous Glucose.
Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride.
