How to Use This Product

• Suitable for daily use
• Count on 6 hazelnuts (or squeezes) a day for the whole body.
• Preferably massage the legs in upward strokes, moving from the feet to the hips.
• Then massage the arms, smoothing from the hands to the chest.
• For the abdomen, prefer a clockwise circular massage.
