Product Information

Stérimar Breathe Easy Daily is an isotonic nasal spray designed to cleanse the nose and eliminate impurities. Using purified sea water, it helps restore the nose's natural moisture and defends against allergens and pollutants. Safe for daily use by the whole family (ages 3+).

Stérimar Breathe Easy Daily (50ml) is a pure, isotonic sea water solution that provides a gentle yet effective way to maintain nasal hygiene. Unlike medicated sprays that can cause "rebound congestion," this drug-free formula is designed for long-term daily use.

It works by thinning mucus and washing away dust, pollen, and bacteria before they can cause irritation or infection. The unique 360° nozzle allows for spraying at any angle, making it easy to use even for those with limited mobility or for active children. It is naturally rich in marine trace elements and minerals, helping the nasal lining to function at its best. Ideal for those suffering from hayfever, chronic rhinitis, or those living in high-pollution environments.

How to Use This Product

• Prior to first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
• For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal lining: Leeping the head straight, gently put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
• For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities: Keeping the head tilted to one side, gently put the nozzle in the upper nostril. Dispense a prolonged spray. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
• After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry.
• Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.
