How to Use This Product

For best results, Stugeron should be taken 2 hours before travelling. The tablets can be swallowed whole with water, chewed, or sucked. Taking them after a meal may help reduce the chance of stomach upset.

Adults and children (12+ years): Take 2 tablets 2 hours before travel, followed by 1 tablet every 8 hours during the journey if needed.
Children (5–12 years): Take 1 tablet 2 hours before travel, followed by ½ tablet every 8 hours during the journey if needed.
