How to Use This Product

To change the drinking method, simply twist the top lid mechanism to expose the straw or align with your chosen mode. To disassemble, rotate the lid anti-clockwise until the alignment mark matches the open padlock icon.
Ensure the lid is firmly tightened onto the base. When carrying the cup in a nursery bag, rotate the lid to the dedicated locked position or the straw setting to guarantee a complete, shake-proof seal.
Before first use, disassemble all parts completely (unscrewing the bottom lid, pulling out the hard valve from under the lid, and removing the silicone straw). Wash thoroughly in warm, soapy water and rinse well, or place on the top rack of a domestic dishwasher. All loose components and lids are steriliser safe.
Warning: To avoid scalding risks and preserve the internal thermal lining, never use the insulated base with hot liquids.

Can I wash the insulated cup base inside a steam steriliser?

No. While the individual loose components, straws, and lids are completely safe for standard sterilisers and boiling water, placing the double-wall insulated cup base inside a steam or microwave steriliser is not recommended, as excessive heat can compromise the vacuum insulation seal.

Is the silicone straw tough enough to handle teething toddlers?

Yes. Tommee Tippee manufactures this specific convertible cup with a highly durable, structurally reinforced silicone straw. It is specially designed to remain soft and gentle on sensitive mouths while remaining completely bite-resistant against toddler teeth.

Does the cup leak if my toddler shakes it upside down?

No. Thanks to the advanced anti-leak valve technology, the cup remains entirely leak and shake-proof provided the lid is correctly assembled and either set to the straw mode or rotated fully into the locked padlock position.

Can I use this cup to keep warm milk or hot tea insulated?

No. The 3-in-1 Insulated Cup is strictly engineered for cool, refreshing liquids. Hot beverages should never be added to the cup, as they pose a significant risk of scalding your child, and internal pressure could disrupt the leak-proof performance.
