How do I switch the measurement units between Kilograms (KG) and Pounds (LB)?

To switch your preferred unit of measurement, simply press and hold down the single on/off button. The display will toggle between kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb), allowing you to match your airline's specific weight limits.

What happens if my luggage is heavier than the maximum weight limit?

The Travel Blue Digital Scale is engineered to safely weigh items up to 40kg (88lb). If an item exceeds this maximum capacity, an error indicator code ("ERR" or "EEEE") will flash on the LCD screen. To avoid internal sensor damage, you should immediately lower the bag and remove it from the strap.

Does the scale turn off automatically to save battery power?

Yes. The scale features an integrated automatic power-off system. If the device is left idle or an active weight measurement is held on screen with no further operations, the system will shut down automatically to preserve the included CR2032 lithium battery.
