Product Information

Each tablet contains 400µg of folic acid, delivering 200% of the recommended daily intake to help prevent birth defects such as spina bifida. The beneficial effect is obtained with a supplemental folic acid daily intake of 400 µg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.* Additionally, these vitamins offer high levels of vitamin E and iron, as well as the benefits of chromium and calcium. Centrum Conception also supports your immune system with vitamin C and vitamin D, and contributes to normal fertility and reproduction with zinc. The vitamins are gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, and wheat-free, making them easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Simply take one tablet a day with water. Remember to store them in a cool, dry place below 25°C and keep out of the sight and reach of young children. Food supplements should complement, not replace, a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
