Clonfolic is the market-leading brand. Take one tablet daily.

Take one Clonfolic tablet containing 0.4 mg of folic acid every day for at least 14 weeks before you become pregnant and continue taking it for at least the first 12 weeks of pregnancy
Maintain a healthy diet with plenty of fortified grains and foods like beans, peas, nuts, fruits, leafy greens, which are rich in folate, the natural form of folic acid in food.
