Product Information

Iron Complex with Rosehip is a combination of 20mg Iron bisglycinate, vitamin C, Rosehip and B vitamins. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Iron, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 all contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

How to Use This Product

As a food supplement taken by adults, take one capsule per day with food.

Rosehip Fruit Extract 100mg.
Iron Bisglycinate 20mg.
Vitamin C (as Magnesium Ascorbate) 17mg.
Vitamin B3 (as Nicotinamide) 16mg.
Vitamin B1 (as Thiamin Mononitrate) 10mg.
Vitamin B5 (as Calcium Pantothenate) 10mg.
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 10mg.
L-Glycine 10mg.
Para Aminobenzoic Acid (PABA) 6mg.
Vitamin B4 (as Choline Bitartrate) 6mg.
Vitamin B8 (as Myo-Inositol) 4mg.
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate) 2mg.
Vitamin B7 (Biotin) 60ug.
Vitamin B9 40ug.
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 5ug.
