The John Frieda Blonde + Repair System is an expert-formulated routine dedicated to bringing dry and damaged blonde tresses back to life. Bleaching and frequent heat styling can cause the hair shaft to swell and become porous, leading to brittleness and breakage. This system addresses those issues by rebuilding hydro-bonds within the hair fibre.

How to Use This Product

For best results, use the full three-step system every time you wash your hair.

Step 1: Treat. Apply a generous amount of the Pre-Shampoo Treatment to damp hair from roots to ends. Comb through to distribute evenly. Leave on for 1 minute (do not exceed 5 minutes) and rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: Cleanse. Follow with the Bond-Building Shampoo. Massage into wet hair to create a lather, then rinse well.
Step 3: Condition. Apply the Bond-Building Conditioner, gliding it through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. Rinse thoroughly to finish.

Active Ingredients

Bond Building Plex: Rebuilds hydro-bonds and stabilizes weakened strands.
Provitamin B5 (Panthenol): Included in the shampoo to help nourish and regenerate the hair fibre.
General Base: Formulated with water, surfactants (Sodium Laureth Sulfate), and conditioning agents (Cetearyl Alcohol) to balance effective cleansing with deep hydration.

Does this system lighten or tone blonde hair?

No. The Blonde + Repair system is designed purely for structural repair and moisture restoration. It will not change the colour or tone of your blonde hair.

Can I use these products on non-blonde hair?

While specifically formulated for damaged blonde hair, these products are safe to use on other hair colours (brown, red, grey, or black) if you are experiencing damage from heat or chemicals.

How often should I use the Pre-Shampoo Treatment?

If your hair feels very fragile, you can use the treatment every time you wash your hair. If your hair is in relatively good condition, using it 1–3 times per week is sufficient.

Is this bundle suitable for oily scalps?

This system is highly nourishing and designed for dry, damaged hair. If you have a naturally oily scalp, the intensive conditioning properties may feel slightly heavy.
