How to Use This Product

• Application: Shake the bottle gently. Remove the cap and insert the nozzle into the nostril.
• Dosage: Apply 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril, several times a day depending on the severity of symptoms or pollen count.
• Ages: Specifically formulated for children (please check the packaging for specific age range, typically 3+ years).
• Hygiene: Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the cap. To prevent the spread of germs, each child should have their own bottle.
