Kwells tablets are specifically formulated to combat the nausea, vomiting, and dizziness associated with motion sickness. The active ingredient, hyoscine hydrobromide, works by temporarily reducing the effect of movement on the balance organs of the inner ear and the nerves responsible for nausea.

Designed for ease of use, Kwells are ideal for those who find it difficult to swallow tablets, as they can be sucked, chewed, or allowed to melt on the tongue. Their rapid-action formula makes them an essential travel companion for long journeys, helping you stay comfortable and symptom-free.

How to Use This Product

Kwells should be taken up to 30 minutes before the start of a journey to prevent sickness, or at the first sign of nausea.

Adults: 1 tablet every 6 hours as required. Do not exceed 3 tablets in any 24-hour period.
Children (10 years and over): ½ to 1 tablet every 6 hours as required. Do not exceed 1½ to 3 tablets in any 24-hour period.
Administration: The tablets may be sucked, chewed, or swallowed whole.

Active Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

Active Ingredient: Hyoscine Hydrobromide 300mcg (0.3mg).
Other Ingredients: Mannitol (E421), Potato Starch, Magnesium Stearate (E572), and Gelatin.

No, Kwells are orodispersible tablets. They can be placed in the mouth and allowed to melt, though they can also be sucked, chewed, or swallowed with water if preferred.

Can I drive after taking Kwells?

Kwells may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision. Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel affected by the medication.

Are there any medical conditions that prevent me from using Kwells?

Do not use Kwells if you have glaucoma, an enlarged prostate, a blockage of the intestines (paralytic ileus), or myasthenia gravis. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from other medical conditions.

Can I drink alcohol while taking Kwells?

It is advised to avoid alcohol while taking Kwells, as it may enhance the sedative effects of the medication.
