Omega Active is a Super Omega-3 containing 1,362mg of Omega-3 Fish Oil per two capsule serving. A natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids with a powerful combination of 756mg EPA and 504mg DHA.

The easy to swallow capsules have a unique plant-based enteric shell, which prevents the capsules breaking down in the stomach, instead breaking down in the upper intestinal tract, which aids absorption and prevents any fishy aftertaste. The plant-based capsule ensures the product is suitable for pescatarians and is certified by Friend of the Sea.

Recommended for anyone 15 years and older and also suitable while pregnant and breastfeeding, these Super Omega-3 capsules support our Brain, Vision and our Heart. Maternal intake contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the foetus and breastfed infants.

How to Use This Product

We recommend taking two capsules per day to achieve the powerful intake of 756mg EPA and 504mg DHA

They can be taken at any time of day and we recommend taking them before or with food. Wait 30 minutes before consuming a hot drink.

Take two capsules per day, before or with food, with a glass of cold water. Do not chew the capsules.
