Product Information

Opticrom Allergy Drops (5ml) are a trusted clinical solution for individuals suffering from seasonal eye allergies. Unlike general lubricating drops, Opticrom contains a potent antihistamine-like agent that addresses the underlying cause of the irritation.

When your eyes come into contact with pollen or dust, they trigger an allergic response. Opticrom intervenes in this process, cooling the eye on contact and providing long-lasting protection. This 5ml bottle is perfectly sized for targeted treatment during the peak of the hayfever season, specifically addressing the "burning" sensation and excessive tearing that can make daily activities like driving or working on a computer difficult.

How to Use This Product

Application: Place 1 or 2 drops into each eye.
Frequency: Use 4 times a day, or as directed by your pharmacist.
Ages: Suitable for adults and children.
Technique: Tilt your head back, gently pull down the lower eyelid, and squeeze one drop into the gap. Blink several times to ensure even distribution.

Safety & Cautions

Contact Lenses: Soft contact lenses should be removed before use and not reinserted for at least 15 minutes after application (as the preservative can discolor lenses).
Shelf Life: For safety and hygiene, dispose of the bottle 4 weeks after first opening.
Vision: Temporary blurring of vision may occur immediately after use. Do not drive or operate machinery until your vision is clear.
Storage: Store below 25°C and keep the bottle in the outer carton to protect it from light.

Active Ingredients

Active Ingredient: Sodium Cromoglicate (2.0% w/v).
Excipients: Benzalkonium Chloride (preservative), Disodium Edetate, Water for Injections.
